For over 25 years, I’ve been helping companies transform complex ideas into clear, intuitive digital experiences. My career has taken me across enterprise environments — from StateFarm to Vanguard, AT&T, McKesson and more — where I’ve led UX strategy, mentored design teams, and shaped products used by millions.
But beneath the job titles and deliverables, my work has always been driven by something simpler:
a belief that technology should make life easier, not harder.
With a foundation in Fine Arts from Clark Atlanta University, I began my career as a visual designer, eventually growing into a UX Architect, UX Lead, and strategist trusted to guide large-scale digital transformations. Over the years I’ve built design systems, led research programs, partnered with executives, and coached cross-functional teams — all with the same focus:
People first.
Process with purpose.
Technology that works for real humans.
Whether leading the redesign of StateFarm’s enterprise platforms or helping Vanguard evolve its customer experience strategy, my goal has remained consistent:
to create meaningful, human-centered solutions that genuinely improve how people experience the digital world.
Today, I bring a blend of creativity, systems thinking, and leadership to every engagement — building products, teams, and processes that last.
