My Work and Methodology

No two products are the same. These case studies highlight how I identify the real problem, validate it with research and data, and deliver iterative design solutions in close partnership with product and engineering.

Selected projects

StateFarm

A UX assessment of My Accounts revealed clear opportunities to improve findability and task completion, but the root issues were structural: weak information architecture and an unclear content strategy. The challenge was earning buy-in for meaningful change, since the journey had been redesigned recently and the product team was hesitant to fund another overhaul.

StateFarm

State Farm invested heavily in the Community Offers rewards program, but adoption remained low across customers, merchants, and agents. Early research pointed to the core issue: a “unique” experience had created friction and made the program harder to use than it needed to be. The opportunity was clear—simplify the UX and introduce a merchant portal to reduce effort, improve engagement, and help the program gain traction.

Sogeti

As a Sogeti consultant embedded with Barrick Gold’s Digital organization, I worked with teams facing a familiar challenge: communication breakdowns across in-office and remote groups that created confusion, delays, and duplicated effort. This case study explores how we assessed the gaps and proposed practical technology solutions to improve connectivity, coordination, and day-to-day efficiency.
