A thorough My Accounts user experience assessment uncovered key areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. However, inadequate page information architecture and content strategy highlighted the need for significant changes to ensure long-term success. With the My Accounts journey recently redesigned, one of the major challenges lied in convincing a cautious product team to commit the time and resources for another overhaul.

StateFarm had invested lots of time, energy, and resources into the Community Offers rewards program, however adoption by their customers, merchants, and agents was slow. User research had shown, early attempts to innovate with a unique user experience, had made usage more challenging than easy, further complicating adoption. Could an enhanced user experience and new merchant portal help revive this flailing program?

Sogeti consultant on assignment with Barrick Gold Corporation. Barrick Digital’s departments were experiencing the same problems that have plagued many companies across the globe. As Barrick Digital’s in-office and remote workers performed their daily tasks, basic inter-department communication and connectivity issues caused confusion, frustration, and inefficiencies. What technology solutions could we propose to address these challenges?
